The pelletizier knives that are most used are made of stainless steel (SS), toolsteel (TS), coated toolsteel (K-knives), hardmetal knives (TiC) or bi-metal knives. Bi-metal knives are a combination of a stainless steel body and a hard metal knife edge.
As each pelleter uses specific knives depending on the die plate and polymer that is processed, please ask for a knife quotation for your situation.
